A financing plan checked as you type
Costs by item, funding, the grant requested: the balance is checked at each line, and the PDF is only composed when the application is complete.
The budget
What is checked
For every application: the balance between the project's cost and its funding, and a single “grant requested” line. When the funder's text allows a budget in surplus or deficit (as the French association form does), the gap is flagged without blocking.
When the scheme has its own sheet drawn from the official text, its own rules are added:
- the public aid rate and the scheme's rate, measured on the eligible cost;
- ceilings and floors, minimum self-financing;
- public co-financing when the scheme only pays part of the aid;
- the cumulated capped aid over three years;
- costs committed before filing, when the funder refuses them.
Each of these rules quotes the passage that imposes it. A rule without an official text does not enter the tool.
The questions
What is missing becomes a question
While an answer, a cost, a funding line or a document is missing, the application is not composed. You get “What is still to gather” instead: a printable list, grouped by who can answer (you, the accountant, a partner, the funder), with what each answer unlocks.
An application never leaves with something missing.
The schemes
For any funder
A full template works for a funder with no set form: summary, context, objectives, audiences, actions, timetable, indicators, sustainability. Scheme sheets add their own questions, items and rules, each with its source and reading date; after the review date, the screen says they must be checked again.
