You answer simple questions; the official form fills itself in, box by box, budget included, except the request for equipment in kind (page 8).

The form

What gets filled in

  • The type of request: first request or renewal, project or general running costs, annual or multi-year, recipient authority.
  • Identification: SIRET, RNA number (or court register in Alsace-Moselle), registered office, legal representative, person in charge.
  • Approvals, public-interest recognition, human resources.
  • The project budget, line by line, each funder named; the association's annual budget, by chapter; amounts without cents, as the form requires.
  • The declarations, the grant's share of the project, the table of State aid already received when relevant.

The filled form is frozen before sending: what you reviewed is what leaves. A text too long for its box is never cut: the box refers to an attached annex.

The official guide

The form's rules, applied

  • The RNA number is W followed by nine digits: a typing error is flagged at once.
  • The budget may show a surplus or a deficit, as the official guide allows; contributions in kind must balance: the tool checks it.
  • The bank details are asked only if the authority does not already have them; the approved accounts of the last year, if they are not published in the Official Journal.
  • If someone other than the legal representative signs, the power of attorney is requested.

  1. “Compose the application”: you download the filled form.
  2. The legal representative signs it; you upload the signed version.
  3. “Send to the funder”: the signed version leaves with its documents, a copy reaches you.
