Find a grant

The grants that fit your organisation

Legal form, municipality, headcount, age: compared with over two thousand public grants listed in France, from European to municipal level, with the reason for each result.

Possible grants screen: a 3-employee company in Bordeaux, 398 matching grants, 171 to check, 909 reserved for other inter-municipal bodies, 963 excluded, and the first grant with its reasons.

The method

What the tool compares

  • The deadline: a closed grant is excluded, with its date.
  • The area: your municipality, its department, region and France, against the grant's area; when the area is written out (a list of inter-municipal bodies, for instance), yours is looked for in it, and otherwise the grant goes to “to check” with the area's text.
  • The size: your number of employees, against the grant's bands.
  • The age: under or over three years, when the grant says so.
  • The type of beneficiary: company, craftsperson, social and solidarity economy, mid-sized company; the sector is matched from your activity code, and this match is always flagged “to confirm”.

Conditions written out in full by the funder cannot be checked by a machine: they are flagged, with the link to the grant's official page.

A real example, on 14/10/2026: for a 3-employee company in Bordeaux, 398 grants match, 171 are to check, 909 are reserved for other inter-municipal bodies (to check too, grouped apart) and 963 are excluded, each with its reason, out of the 2,441 grants in the database. An area written out in words never excludes a grant: two different names can mean the same area.

How to

In three steps

  1. Type your SIRET number: legal form, activity, municipality, headcount and creation date are taken from the French public business directory. Review and correct if needed.
  2. “Search for grants”: matching ones first, ones to check next, the most specific at the top.
  3. Filter by project (creation, investment, hiring, export…) or type of aid (grant, honour loan, repayable advance…), then “Build the application”.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions

Are local authorities covered?
Not for the search: the database covers business grants. A local authority can still build its applications with the full template.
Is an excluded grant certainly out?
It is excluded on one precise criterion, written next to it: area, size, age, closing date or type of beneficiary. You can check it.
Are amounts shown?
Yes, as the funder describes them (rate, ceiling, range), under the grant's name.
